Tepo — Terms of Use

Tepo is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), together with these additional terms. Where they differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Using Tepo

• Tepo suggests names and folders for your documents by reading them automatically. Check each suggestion before filing, especially dates and amounts. Tepo doesn't provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your records.
• Your documents are stored on your device or in your iCloud Drive, as you choose. Keep your own backups; we can't recover documents deleted from your device or your iCloud.

Tepo Pro

• Tepo is free to download. The free plan includes unlimited scanning and filing, and 10 smart readings a month; after that, documents are read with basic on-device reading.
• Tepo Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• The lifetime purchase includes Tepo Pro's features that run on your device, including future on-device features, for as long as Tepo is available. Services with ongoing server costs, if we add them, may be offered separately.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (https://support.apple.com/118223).

Availability

We may update, change or discontinue features. Some features depend on your device and iOS version (for example Apple Intelligence).

Liability

Tepo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Mazlabs isn't liable for losses arising from the use of the app, including incorrect names, dates, amounts or folders suggested by the app.
